• This glitter gel can be used on eyes or wherever you like! It has cosmetic grade glitter and is safe for use on face. It's an aloe based gel so it will nourish as you wear it! I apply and give it a blast of cool air from my blow dryer for quick dry action!

  *If you want MEGA glitter on eyes purchase the listing of dry glitter as well. Once you put your layer of gel on eyelids or as an eyeliner pack on dry glitter over it. WOW!!! All glitters will come with a sample of dry glitter in the same color to try out over gel.
