It creates a layer that oils from your skin can't penetrate. These oils from your skin are why creasing happens and why product tends to fall off during the day. By adding a primer such as my "Fixit" primer, (all natural blend of course!), you will get the true vibrance of the color and have longer wear. How do I apply? I spray "Fixit" Spray into my palm and use my ring finger to dab on eyelid my eyelids, wait 30 seconds or so and then add color to lid. Glitters will stay longer, look brighter, and are less likely to crease. Use all natural glitters as an eyeliner with "Fixit" primer and an angled brush. How do you apply? I spray the "Fixit" spray in my hand, dab the brush into it and then dip into glitter. Swirl a bit in my hand to make a liquid color and apply!
