  Do you have oily Eyelids? Does your eyeliner always end up on your eyelids? Use Matte. Set, Go to lock eyeliner color in and set it. I use a small brush and just tap on a bit after applying eyeliner. It won't change the color of your liner but it will keep it in place! Along your lash line!
