Refunds and Exchanges
1) I can not accept returns due to Health Codes. Sorry. If you are not sure about a color order the sample 1st just to be sure you will like it.
2) If an item is damaged I ask you email a picture of the product for verification of damages.
3) If the item is lost by the USPS please contact me. This almost never happens. You can choose to have items released with your signature to ensure you receive your products. I can add this option for a small fee. Just message me before purchasing.
